Personal Settings in ReOS v10

One of the new features in ReOS v10 is personal settings, which allows you to configure rate limit and Internet behavior management settings individually for each user. A user’s personal settings have priority over global settings (set in the QoS > Rate Limit Rule and Restriction > Access Control page).
  1. How to Open Personal Settings Page
To configure personal settings for a user, go to the Restriction > User Admin > User Status List page firstly, and then select the user’s Enable Personal Settings check box or clickits IP Address hyperlink, see the following figure.
 
Then the Rate Limit and Internet Behavior tabs appear (see the following figure), where you can configure personal rate limit and Internet behavior management settings for the selected user.
 
 
  1. Personal Rate Limit
By default, the Rate Limit tab is selected, where you can set the maximum upload and download rates for the selected user.
 
  1. Personal Internet Behavior Management
Select the Internet Behavior tab to go to the personal Internet behavior management page, where you can allow or block the selected user from using popular IM and P2P applications, downloading the files the files with specific extensions over HTTP, playing online games, accessing stock and game websites, submitting input in the webpage, using HTTP proxy, and so on.
