ER840G Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Router

The UTT ER840G Business VPN Router (hereinafter referred to as “ER840G”) provides enterprise-level, highly secure and reliable connectivity to the Internet for small offices.

ER840G has 2 x 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet WAN ports and 3 x 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet LAN ports, which will offer multiple choices for ISP connections and real-time backup and failover and load balance. Ports can be configured to at most 4 x WAN ports + 1 x LAN port, or 4 x LAN ports + 1 x WAN port.

 

ER840G supports load balance and real-time failover. When two or more Internet connections are set up, one can set as the primary connection and the other one as the backup connection. The connections can also be set in load balancing mode, which means the device will distribute the connection according to different IP address or NAT session. Furthermore, it also supports policy-based routing of different ISPs.

 

This very unique feature can optimize bandwidth for maximum network performance with only two steps: 1) enable this function, and 2) set up a specific bandwidth for each Internet connection.

Flexible bandwidth will guarantee the webpage browse and essential network applications.

ER840G provides customizable Internet access control. Users can implement unique access policies for different devices/accounts.

ER840G supports domain name filtering. Users can either block websites or only allow websites.

ER840G supports IP/MAC address binding, invalid IP address, MAC address filtering and easy blacklist/whitelist setting.

ER840G supports binding all the dynamic IP/MAC entries with only one-click operation.

 

ER840G supports up to 10 IPSec/PPTP/L2TP VPN tunnels. Users can setup site-to-site or client-to-site VPN via dynamic IP address or domain names.

 

ER840G offers an intuitive web interface which delivers an easy-to-use user experience with rich functions. It supports easy management, which will guide users to finish the initial configuration step by step.
