Reset to Factory Default Settings

You can use the Reset button to reset the Device to factory default settings.

 

Way 1: (applies to all versions)

Turn off the power to the Device, press and hold the Reset button. While holding the Reset button, turn on the power to the Device. Continue to hold it for about 10 seconds, and then release the button. The Device will restart and be reset to the factory defaults.

 

Way 2: (applies to vstart and newer versions)

With the Device powered on, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds, and then release the button. The Device will restart and be reset to the factory defaults.

Note: In either of the two ways above, you will notice that the LEDs will turn off momentarily and then turn back on.
