How to Configure PPPoE Accounts and DHCP Server Mixed

Introduction
To acquire wired devices inside of the network, access the Internet PPPoE authentication to while wireless users gain IPs from DHCP server.
 
Prerequisites
1. a UTT Business Router (hereinafter shorted as “the Router"), such as UTT router N518W, AC750W, AC750GW, AC1220GW, ER518, ER840G and ER4240G. Firmware Version: 3.0.0 or above
2. a PC/laptop connected to the Router wirelessly or through an Ethernet cable
 
Configuration
1. Go to Network > LAN > LAN Configuration > Add, select Wireless Interface at Active Interface and tick Wireless SSID, click Save.
 
2. Go to Network > DHCP Server > Add, select wireless interface at Interface Name, configure DHCP pool and click Save.
 
3. Go to System Object > Address Group > Add, create new address group contains DHCP IP range to wireless interface and save configuration.
 
4. Find PPPoE Authentication Settings at User Management > User Authentication, check PPPoE server Enabled and click Configuration.
 
5. Enable Mandatory PPPoE Authentication and select wireless address group as Exception Group, click Save.
