How to Active Port Forwarding in a Period of Time

Introduction
The user wants a server (IP: 10.10.10.250) to open port 80 and port 443 to Internet access only for a fixed time (from 7:00 to 22:00). This document describes how to schedule time task after Port Forwarding was configured. The configuration can be customized according to users' actual requirements.
 
Prerequisites
1. a UTT Business Router (hereinafter shorted as “the Router"), such as UTT router N518W, AC750W, AC750GW, AC1220GW, ER518, ER840G and ER4240G. Firmware Version: 3.0.0 or above
2. a PC/laptop connected to the Router, either through its LAN port or wireless network
 
Configuration
1. Check the port forwarding rule to the server at Network > NAT.
 
2. Go to System Object > Schedule, click Add to create two period of time schedule.
 
 
3. Go to Firewall > Access Control, click Add a rule as the following for blocking port 80.
 
 4. Configure another deny rule for port 443, the rest the same as the last step.
 
Note
1. Data transmission is bidirectional, to disable source port 80 and port 443 for restrict access from Internet
2. Access Control is based on effective time schedule which syncs to the system time.
