Overview

The UTT WA1300N (hereinafter referred to as "WA1300N") is a cutting-edge wired and wireless access point that integrates high-speed 802.11n Wi-Fi into an ultra-sleek, low-profile design.

Designed for offering converged services within hotel rooms and school dormitories, the WA1300N offers an easy way to offer multiple connections into a single room without multiple cables.

The WA1300N delivers high-performance 2.4GHz 802.11n wireless coverage and a wired Ethernet access connection, which can be used to connect PCs or other devices.

The WA1300N is powered by a single PoE cable drop with no additional cabling, switch ports and power sourcing equipment.

Its inconspicuous appearance allows the access point to blend nicely in the room. The WA1300N can be easily installed via an RJ45 PoE port.

The WA1300N can be configured as a standalone device or centrally managed by the UTT WiFi Controllers.

The WA1300N can broadcast up to four SSIDs per device.

Compatibility

Standalone or Centrally Managed

The WA1300N can be configured in FAT mode or centrally managed in FIT mode by the UTT WiFi Controllers.

PoE and Wall Mount

The WA1300N, powered by PoE technology, can be installed into a standard 86mm x 86mm socket.

Wireless Security

The WA1300N offers multiple wireless security modes: WEP, WPA-Enterprise, WPA2-Enterprise, WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK. Wireless MAC address filtering provides users with comprehensive protection for wireless transmission to keep networks far away from intrusions and attacks.

Multi-SSID

The WA1300N supports up to four SSIDs. Users can customize the configuration of each SSID. This feature will ensure the security of SSIDs in different service zones.

Roaming

The WA1300N’s roaming will ensure that the wireless device keeps connected to the network of the same service zone. Users’ network connections won’t be interrupted while moving from one access point coverage zone to another.
